1.2 Service Availability: Services are available within the specified service area. We reserve the right to refuse service outside this area or in situations that are not feasible or safe.
2.1 Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website, phone, or email. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with the details of the scheduled service.
2.2 Changes and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less notice may incur a fee.
3.1 Charges: Service charges will be based on the type of appliance, nature of the repair, and any additional parts or materials required. An estimate will be provided before the commencement of the service.
3.2 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms.
3.3 Additional Costs: Any additional costs for parts or materials will be communicated to you before proceeding with the repair.
4.1 Customer Responsibilities: The customer must provide accurate information about the appliance and ensure that the appliance is accessible for repair. If our technicians are unable to access or repair the appliance due to incomplete information or restricted access, additional charges may apply.
4.2 Service Warranty: We provide a warranty on labor for a period of 30 days from the date of service. Any issues arising within this period related to the repair performed will be addressed at no additional charge.
4.3 Parts Warranty: Any parts replaced during the repair come with a warranty as provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Warranty terms for parts may vary.
5.1 Extent of Liability: Yours Engineer will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the repair service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or personal injuries.
5.2 Damage to Property: While we strive to perform our services with the utmost care, Yours Engineer is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or for any damage that occurs as a result of the repair process.
6.1 Personal Information: We collect and use personal information only for the purpose of providing our services. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.2 Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
7.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in F- 27 Maa Karni Nagar Vaisali Nagar Jaipur & 12C 98 KUDI BHAGTASNI JODHPUR 34005
